Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from fionademarco.com you must contact us in writing (by email or letter) within 14 working days of receipt of delivery.

Goods must then be returned within 21 working days of the receipt of your goods for a full refund or exchange.

Please be aware that postage costs will not be refunded on exchanged or returned items unless the item is deemed faulty. 

Your purchase must be unworn and returned in its original condition and packaging.

We recommend you return your purchase by Royal Mail Special Delivery fully insured or an international equivalent as we cannot accept liability for any damages or losses incurred.

Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 30 days.

If your jewellery is faulty please inform us in writing by letter or email to sales@fionademarco.com within 14 working days of receipt of your goods and we will of course sort it out straight away.

A full refund, exchange or repair will be reimbursed together with postage costs.

Items cannot be deemed as faulty if the fault is a result of wear and tear, improper care or improper use.

We are unable to refund or exchange for any goods which have been individually commissioned.
